Bebo Hajec is the founder of EMH Group and a marketing strategist with nearly 15 years of experience helping brands tell their story, connect with the right audiences, and grow with intention.
After years in corporate and agency environments, she launched EMH Group to do things differently. Less red tape, more momentum, and meaningful relationships built on trust and results.
Bebo specializes in partnering with professional service firms and women-led brands that value strategic clarity over quick fixes. Her approach blends structure, creativity, and collaboration to help clients move forward with confidence and see real results from their marketing.
Outside of work, Bebo teaches hot barre classes and is passionate about wellness, balance, and living intentionally. Clients appreciate her ability to see the big picture, make a plan, and execute with precision. She’s not just a strategist, she’s a partner in your growth.
